The Data Support Agency is a new kind of business for a world where privacy laws continually evolve and where mistakes with customers’ data can cost businesses dearly. Its compliance platform is a customer portal with a comprehensive set of GDPR resources that allows users to assess their level of compliance and access valuable resources and expertise.

Relatively new to market, the Data Support Agency had a logo rather than a full brand. The leadership team needed a go-to market toolkit to help them define their look and feel across all of their marketing communications. Furthermore, as a company that continually breaks new ground, forming new partnerships and evolving its customer proposition, the business has stories to tell and a need for them to be heard.

Our Work

When The Data Support Agency engaged us, our first task was to ensure we understood its market proposition fully. We needed to know the product, services and routes to market of the business, including what its services mean for its commercial channel partners.

Our work for The Data Support Agency included creating its brand guidelines, defining a look and feel so its marketing is unified across multiple channels. We applied this new house style into sales and marketing collateral including a brochure, editable sales documents, branded social media channels, business stationery and advertising campaigns.

We have written content for its websites (including news articles) and marketing collateral, and continue to offer content and PR support.
